The farm, "Badia di Susinana" extends for 1159 hectares at an altitude of 600 m, in a territory amidst the most suggestive confines of the Tuscan-Romagnolo Apennines.
20km of trips inland: the flowing park of Rio Cesare, the lake of the Ari, in a gentle climate with fields and amazing hundred-year-old chestnut, beech and oak woods.
Our restaurant, "La bettola del prataiolo" (The tavern in the meadow) offers a flavorful and rustic cuisine: tortelli, pappardelle (typical pastas), polenta, grigliate (grilled meats), cacciagione (game), funghi (mushrooms), tartufi (truffles), pizzas and focaccias baked in a wood oven, crostate (tarts), conserva di frutta biologica (preserves made from biological fruits).
Our farm holiday in Tuscany offers the chance of staying in antique and historic stone cottages with completely renovated rooms and independent apartments with heat, independent kitchen, telephone and TV.

How to reach us:

From Florence:
Exit at the A1 toll station of BARBERINO di MUGELLO, and follow direction Borgo San Lorenzo. At the center of town turn left for Ronta, Faenza. Climb up toward the Passo della Colla and proceed to Palazzuolo sul Senio. Having arrived in town, proceed in direction Casola Valsenio for 5 km and you will see the sign for Badia di Susinana. In 200 mt you will find the reception of the Azienda Badia di Susinana.

From Bologna:
Exit at the A14 toll station of IMOLA, and turn right towards Rimini. Having left the city, after 7 km turn right at Castel Bolognese toward Riolo Terme. Proceed toward Casola Valsenio. 10 km out of town arrive at the MISILEO frazione at the region’s border. After 2 km turn left and in 200 mt you will arrive at the reception of the Azienda Badia di Susinana.
